С такими компаниями мы соинвестируем в стартапы, ускоряя рост за счёт синергии: проект быстрее достигает следующей стадии, выходит на новые рынки, усиливается операционно и продуктово. Когда приходит момент IPO, бизнес уже встроен в экосистему партнёра и выходит на публичный рынок с другой масштабной базой.

Фонды договорились о совместных инвестициях и готовы вложить 50-100 млн ₽ в перспективные компании. 1 млрд ₽ уже на столе.
